In memory.....

This is my father-in-law.  He passed away this past week and will be truly missed.  He was a character larger than life.  And he loved life but could no longer fight the good fight.  He passed away in his sleep early Tuesday morning 4/5/11.  He was 83.  I have known him for 12 years and he was definitely one of my favorite people.  He was a funny man and some of his funny sayings will stay with me forever.  I will miss his hugs.  Love you Papa.

Yellow....

I am into the color yellow right now.  Goes along with Spring right?  So naturally feeling all springy and such, I was shopping and this yellow purse just jumped right out of it's shelf and landed in my arms and said "Take me home please".  So since it asked nicely, I did.  Ha Ha. Do I sound crazy?  Family, don't answer that!

I love the purse so much , I went back and got it in black too.

Cause you can't always carry a yellow purse.

Springtime

First day of Spring.  I feel renewed. 

Spring always does that to me.

January and February are behind us

and warmer weather is in store for everyone soon.    

Looking forward to.........................

Shopping for flip-flops, spring hair accessories for pony tails and new shorts

Going to Home Depot for flowers.

Cat or Dog?

Whether you are a cat lover or dog lover,

I had to post these photos because they are soooo cute. 

These animals look like they are happy and don't have a care in the world.

I have always been a cat lover. 

My girls and I had about 24 cats outside our home at one time. 

 The cats just multiplied and my daughters kept putting out food.

I know the cats were going into the woods

and told the other cats

that there was free food on Peachtree Road.
(HA HA)
